I opened up the corner on my land so anyone who is interested in water sports activities can enjoy it. The land is located on the South East corner of the Neobelow sim and is connected to hundreds of public Linden sims. If you are sailing in the Dire Straits region or you need a temp location to rezz your boat, please be my guest anytime.

Autoreturn is set on 5 minutes and you don't need to join a group to rezz. The only thing I ask is not to use my place as a cheap sandbox. For the sailors that are thirsty after a long day of sailing enjoy the bar anytime..... *meows*
